The Process:

The initial conversation  -- Things like desired location, desired goal (relax or explore?), dates, and budget. 


Itinerary Build -- Transportation, accommodations, activities, discuss trip insurance, credit card points.


Approval -- Make payments as needed by suppliers. Then the finer details are finalized with various activities, excursions, and experiences. 


Final Review -- We'll confirm all travel plans one more time to make sure you are all set!

But how much does it cost?

Nothing! Seriously. Even better, we may end up saving you money and will definitely save some time.***


We're paid on commission by suppliers. As long you have us make the bookings, it won't cost you any extra. 


***Airline ticket fee - $25 per domestic ticket. $50 per international ticket. 


***Want help planning, but using loyalty points? It's a flat $150 planning fee.

TRAVEL PREPARATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Do you assist with flights?

    • Yes.  I can secure your flights or guide you toward the best routes and airlines. Be advised that I charge booking fees ($25 per domestic ticket, $50 per international ticket).


  • What travel documents will I need?

    • Most destinations require a passport with at least six months’ validity beyond your trip dates. Depending on where you’re headed, you may also need visas, health forms, or vaccinations. I’ll guide you through it all.d


  • Do you provide travel insurance?

    • Yes. I strongly recommend it, and it's something I'll offer as soon as your trip choices and deposits have been paid. Pricing for insurance is dependent upon many factos, including the cost of your trip. 




BOOKING & CUSTOMIZATION

  • How does your planning process work?

    • Consultation: We start with a conversation about your style, must-haves, and vision.

    • Curated Proposal: I create a customized proposal with hotels, transfers, and activity suggestions.

    • Seamless Booking: Once you choose, I handle the details: flights, hotels, transfers, and extras.

    • Support: Before departure, you’ll receive a personalized guide, an app with all of your travel details, and I’ll be available for any last-minute needs.

  • Do you charge a planning fee?

    • Only if you plan to book with points rather than let me handle it, or for booking airline tickets.
